    Taft was the son of Henry Albert Moore (1878-1957) and Angeline (Smith) Moore (1882-1946). He married Emma Muncy (1916-1977), the daughter of Thomas A Muncy (1878-1958) and Mary S. Preece (1878-1952). Together, Taft and Emmy had four children.

    This was likely taken at the time of the burial of their brother, Sam who died on 19 January 1964 in Columbus, Ohio. This picture would have been taken on the road below the family cemetery near the home place where all these brothers grew up in Pilgrim/McClure, Kentucky. (The post offices changed over time).

While the picture was featured in 1994, it was taken far earlier than that date. I have no birthdate for Dean yet, but his sister and brothers were born between 1934 and 1937.

    Featured in the Mountain Citizen on January 2, 1994, but taken much earlier since he passed away in 1977. Taft was the son of Henry Albert Moore (1878-1957) and Angeline Smith (1882-1946). He married Emma Muncy on 18 Jun 1933 and had four children.
