LOUISA, Ky.--Malissa Preece, 83, a housewife of Tomahawk, Ky., died Friday, Dec. 2, 1994, at Three Rivers Hospital. She was the wife of the late Albert Preece. Born July 22, 1911 in Johnson County, Ky., she was a daughter of the late William Dutton and Julia Castle Dutton. Survivors: daughters: Julia Mills of Columbus, Ohio, Ester Meek of Tomahawk, Bertha Florence Hardy of Clarksville, Tenn. Fannie Ann Abbott of Bellview, Mich., and Maudie Jude of Pilgrim, Ky.; sons, John H. Preece of Columbus, Ira Lee Preece of Schott, Mich., and William George Preece of Tomahawk; a brother, Bill Dutton of Chattaroy; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral: service at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 1994 at the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home in Inez with the Rev. Howard Haney officiating. Burial: in the Preece family cemetery at Tomahawk. Visitations: after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
